I used the “Heartfelt” stamp set and the “Snail Mail” DSP from Stampin’ Up! These Candy Bar Holders are a great way to dress up a plain old candy bar, and who can’t use a Gift Card Holder for quick gift giving!! You can check out my video to see how I put these sweet little projects together!
