Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Thank You!

Today I’m sharing a card using the “So Sentimental” stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
I made this card using the “Lily Impressions” Designer Series Paper (FREE with a $50 purchase) and Blushing Bride Ink and Cardstock! I also used the new “Label Me Lovely Punch”!

Thank You in Blushing Bride
I started with a Blushing Bride Card Base (8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4). I put a 5/8 x 4 3/4 strip of Blushing Bride cardstock across a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 piece of Lily Impressions DSP, then wrapped some Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon around it and tied a bow.

I punched a piece of Blushing Bride and a Piece of Whisper White using the Label me Lovely punch. Stamped my sentiment on the Whisper White punched piece using Blushing Bride ink. I cut the Blushing Bride punched piece in half (from straight edge to straight edge) and layered it to back of sentiment. Then added a 1 x 2 1/4 strip of Blushing Bride to the back. This gave the punched sentiment an outline of Blushing Bride! (this is a great trick to get more use out of your punches!) Then I used some stampin’ dimensionals to add the layered sentiment to the card. Lastly I sprinkled on some tiny pearls!

I made a card similar to this last week for my Monthly Card Class using Melon Mambo as a color theme and a sprinkling of rhinestones!
